About the Role:
A growing industrial distribution and manufacturing services company based in York County, PA is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Integrated Supply Chain Manager. This role supports strategic and operational supply chain initiatives, working closely with internal teams and affiliated brands to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic goals into actionable supply chain plans.
- Improve inventory management, freight, and supplier accountability processes.
- Analyze operations and implement tools to enhance performance.
- Define KPIs and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Foster collaboration across departments and partner companies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
- 6+ years in supply chain operations, logistics, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI.
- ERP experience (Acumatica a plus); knowledge of inventory best practices.
- Preferred certifications: APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), Six Sigma.
