The Vice President of Transformation - should have the following skill set:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in transformation, strategy, or large-scale change management.
- Proven success leading major enterprise transformations either internally or as a senior consultant.
- Experience influencing and partnering with C‑suite executives and Boards.
- Strong background in governance, risk management, cross‑functional leadership, and enterprise prioritization.
Competencies:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and complex problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively resolve systemic barriers.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, and transformation governance.
- Ability to lead through complexity, ensure accountability, and drive sustained impact across workstreams.
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring alignment and timely decision-making.
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid role based in Atlanta, requiring on‑site leadership presence.
- Ability to engage across a global organization and collaborate with executives, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong reporting, risk mitigation, and communication capabilities, especially for senior executive and Board-level audiences.
The Vice President of Transformation - will:
- Partner with the Chief Innovation & Transformation Officer and Executive Leadership Team to define transformation ambition, priorities, and success measures.
- Ensure alignment between transformation outcomes, enterprise strategy, and financial objectives.
- Provide governance leadership for the Transformation Program, ensuring timely escalation, prioritization, and decision-making.
- Own the quality, impact, and consistency of enterprise transformation execution and reporting.
- Remove cross-functional barriers and manage organizational risks, trade-offs, and dependencies.
- Act as a thought partner and challenger to senior leadership, including the CEO, CTO, and Executive Leadership Team.
- Engage with workstream sponsors and leaders to drive value realization, issue resolution, and delivery accountability.
- Present progress, insights, risks, and success metrics to the Transformation Steering Committee and Board.
- Reinforce shared priorities, cross-functional alignment, and a culture of transparency, accountability, and change leadership.
- Champion enterprise-wide change initiatives and support alignment across functions to accelerate impact.
- Support the design and evolution of operating models, processes, and capabilities necessary to enable transformation.
