We are partnering with our client, a leading name in the Consumer Goods / FMCG sector, to hire a B2B Marketing Expert to join our client's team on a permanent basis in Germany. In this role, you will drive impactful, multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at key enterprise accounts, closely aligning with sales to deliver measurable growth and performance.
Key Skills & Experience
- B2B Marketing & ABM Experience: Proven background in business-to-business marketing, with Account-Based Marketing expertise to focus on high-value enterprise customers.
- Enterprise Account Targeting: Ability to identify, segment, and strategically engage major enterprise accounts within the FMCG / consumer goods landscape.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Experience planning and running integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, and other channels to maximise reach and impact.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Skilled in partnering with sales teams to align messaging, share insights, and drive coordinated go-to-market strategies.
- CRM, Analytics & Performance Reporting: Strong capability in tracking, analysing, and reporting campaign performance, using data to optimise future activities.
- CRM & Marketing Automation Platforms: Hands-on expertise with tools such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot to manage pipelines, automate campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
