  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale engineering projects as a Project Manager or Engineering Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering principles, including mass balance and process systems design.
  • Experience supporting distillation systems and other complex chemical processing equipment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional project groups.
  • Strong understanding of capital project execution, engineering design standards, and process safety principles.
  • Ability to travel to multiple facility locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting incineration, thermal treatment, waste treatment, or other highly regulated industrial processing operations.
  • Experience with facility expansions, major turnarounds, and equipment modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements and industrial permitting.
  • Experience leading engineering programs across multiple facilities or a regional manufacturing network.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing capital budgets and long-term facility investment plans.
