Engineering Project Manager
- Lead complex semiconductor test solution projects for global customers.
- Coordinate project execution across engineering, field applications, and customer teams.
- Drive collaboration across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Conduct project reviews and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, leadership, and customers.
- Escalate critical issues and drive resolution to closure.
- Develop project status reports and communicate program health to senior leadership.
- Help standardize and improve project management processes and methodologies.
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of project management experience within software and hardware product development environments.
- Experience leading globally distributed project teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience within semiconductor, test, applications engineering, or R&D organizations.
- Experience improving or standardizing project management processes.
- PMP certification preferred.
- ATE (Automated Test Equipment) industry experience strongly preferred.
