Our client is a prominent globally recognized company manufacturing consumer products with liable household and healthcare products sold globally. The company continues to invest in its infrastructure and overall well-being, hence why they are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead in on reliability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Looking for someone who is a leader and can develop the facilities and utilities maintenance team. This individual will oversee maintenance programs and coordinate daily activities to support smooth operations. This role includes responsibility to maintain the buildings systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, air systems, electric, water purification and wastewater treatment systems. As manager, individual will oversee maintenance budgets and costs. Along with this, maintain relationships with vendors. Individual is responsible for overall operational performance. Successful candidate will ensure all regulatory requirements and engage across facilities and utilities teams pushing for development overall.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of facilities engineering, maintenance management, or related leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HVAC Systems
- Boilers and Chillers
- Compressed Air Systems
- Electrical Distribution/Substations
- Generators
- Water Purification Systems
- Wastewater Treatment System
- Experience utilizing CMMS, SAP-PM, BMS, SCADA, or comparable maintenance systems.
- Strong continuous improvement experience utilizing Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, DMAIC, RCA, and FMEA methodologies.
Preferred:
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
