  • Relevant industry experience in chemical process development, chemical manufacturing, or a closely related environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with chemical reactions and laboratory-scale process development.
  • Strong understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals including reaction kinetics, mixing, heat transfer, and process data analysis.
  • Experience with crystallization, process characterization, reaction monitoring, or chemical process scale-up is highly preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical, API, fine chemical, or similar chemical processing experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
  • Must meet applicable U.S. person requirements for access to export-controlled technology.

  • Paid U.S. government holidays.
  • Company shutdown between Christmas and New Year's, separate from PTO.
  • Opportunity to work across both laboratory process development and chemical manufacturing in a highly technical environment.
