Join a new manufacturing facility during startup and commissioning. This role will help launch operations, support production, and drive long-term process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support plant startup, commissioning, and ramp-up activities
- Improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and cost performance
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
- Analyze production data and optimize manufacturing processes
- Develop operating procedures and support capital projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience
- Experience supporting production operations and process improvements
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
- Startup, commissioning, or greenfield facility experience
- Continuous manufacturing experience (building materials, paper, packaging, chemicals, etc.)
