Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + Bonus
Company Summary: A global leader in power electronics, thermal management, and industrial technology solutions is seeking a Product Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of power and thermal products. The company partners with manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial customers across sectors including energy, material handling, automation, packaging, food & beverage, off-road equipment, and industrial machinery. This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy, lead market expansion initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to bring innovative technologies to market.
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for power and thermal product lines
- Managing the complete product lifecycle, including new product introductions, enhancements, and end-of-life planning
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback initiatives
- Collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver business growth
- Developing pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new and existing products
- Identifying new market opportunities, verticals, and strategic partnerships
- Supporting customers, distributors, and internal teams with technical product expertise
- Creating sales tools, product training materials, and customer-facing resources
- Forecasting revenue growth and establishing regional expansion strategies
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
The Product Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of product management experience within power electronics, thermal management, industrial automation, or related technologies
- Understanding of products such as power supplies, converters, inverters, battery systems, cooling technologies, fans, liquid cooling systems, or related industrial solutions
- Experience working within industrial markets such as energy, packaging, material handling, food & beverage, manufacturing, or off-road equipment
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Proven ability to develop product strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to travel approximately 20-30%
