Senior Calibration Engineer
- Design and develop calibration and diagnostic software architectures
- Develop advanced calibration algorithms for precision measurement systems
- Drive characterization strategies for new instrumentation and hardware platforms
- Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
- Investigate complex hardware and software interactions to determine root causes
- Collaborate closely with hardware, FPGA, systems, manufacturing, and product engineering teams
- Develop scalable software frameworks supporting engineering and manufacturing operations
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on critical projects
- Drive software quality, automation, and development best practices
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Expert-level C++ development experience
- Strong understanding of calibration methodologies and measurement science
- Experience analyzing complex hardware/software interactions
- Strong debugging and data analysis skills
- Ability to work closely with hardware development teams
