About the Opportunity
Our Client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day distribution and inventory operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment activities, and developing a high-performing warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, shipping, and stock movement.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer and internal orders while maintaining productivity standards.
- Monitor inventory integrity through cycle counts, audits, and effective inventory control practices.
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment that supports operational excellence.
- Utilize warehouse technology and systems to improve workflow, visibility, and overall performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel, providing clear direction and accountability.
- Track operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience managing warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
- Strong background in inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking technologies.
- Familiarity with ERP and warehouse software platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and motivate teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
