We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our logistics and fulfillment sales efforts. This role is essential to expanding Super Secure Group's customer base, deepening relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in logistics and 3PL sales, a passion for customer success, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll also represent Super Secure Group at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, acting as a key ambassador for our brand.

As Sales Manager, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies that align with company growth targets. You'll identify new business opportunities across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale verticals, analyze market trends and customer needs, and collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

In addition to driving sales, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives and account executives. You'll set clear performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You'll also conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Performance reporting and forecasting will be a key part of your role, requiring you to monitor sales metrics, prepare detailed reports for executive leadership, and use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track pipeline activity and revenue forecasts.

You'll stay engaged with the industry by attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events, and by staying informed on emerging technologies and regulatory changes. Your insights will help drive innovation and service enhancements across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or 3PL sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of supply chain solutions, fulfillment operations, and customer pain points
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
