A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a high-volume production facility. This individual will be responsible for leading maintenance technicians, driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and fostering a strong safety culture while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

- Leading and developing a team of maintenance technicians and craftsmen.
- Providing troubleshooting support to quickly resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Driving preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
- Coordinating daily maintenance activities, work assignments, and planned maintenance efforts.
- Partnering with operations and plant leadership to improve uptime and production performance.
- Monitoring maintenance inventory and supporting storeroom spending objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with plant safety, environmental, and maintenance standards.
- Leading maintenance-related safety meetings, training initiatives, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Supporting reliability improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coaching technicians on troubleshooting techniques, maintenance best practices, and safety procedures.
- Supporting equipment upgrades, repairs, and maintenance planning activities.
- Driving accountability for maintenance KPIs and reliability metrics.
The Maintenance Supervisor will have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience supporting corrugator equipment within a corrugated packaging environment.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with PLCs, servo systems, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Technical degree in a maintenance-related discipline or equivalent industry experience preferred.
