About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with both an internal technical team and external clients to deliver tailored data and analytics solutions, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and measurable business impact.

In this role, you will own the implementation of the platform for a diverse set of clients. You will transition projects from post-sale through full implementation, ensuring client requirements are clearly defined and effectively communicated to the technical team, enabling delivery of high-quality solutions and customized reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success with the platform.

Project Management

  • Oversee custom reporting and data integration projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and internal teams.

Solution Design

  • Partner with clients to understand their operational challenges and design tailored solutions using the platform, ensuring seamless implementation.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the technical team to manage workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, driving improved client outcomes and scalability.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in client management, project management, or consulting (preferably within SaaS or technology).
  • Experience working with enterprise clients is a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to understand client needs and market trends.
  • Proven project management capabilities, including handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical aptitude to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and translate complex solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

Personal Attributes

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
