- Operational Excellence Expertise: Proven experience in OPEX, focusing on streamlining processes, reducing waste, and improving productivity. A thorough understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, is essential. You will be expected to lead Kaizen events, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions to enhance overall performance.
- Manufacturing Insight: A solid background working in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the packaging or pulp and paper sectors. With 10+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, you should possess a deep understanding of operational challenges and the ability to drive improvements across various production lines.
- Leadership: Ability to lead, inspire, and drive teams toward achieving measurable results in line with operational goals. You will need to establish a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring and coaching team members on CI tools and metrics, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), takt time, cycle time, and first-pass yield.
