The Production Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead and develop production teams across multiple shifts
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality beverage manufacturing
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize KPIs
The Production Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years in manufacturing or production leadership
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and operational standards
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment
