Title: Inside Sales Manager

Salary: $75 - 90k/yr + commission

Location: Denver, NC

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives, driving accountability, performance, and a customer-first culture.
  • Establish and manage team KPIs, sales goals, and productivity metrics while conducting performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
  • Oversee lead qualification, opportunity management, and pipeline development across existing and prospective accounts in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Partner with Directors, Key Account Managers, National Account Managers, and Customer Service teams to maximize revenue growth, customer retention, and account penetration.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer activity to improve forecasting accuracy and prioritize team efforts.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring CRM data integrity, streamlining sales processes, removing workflow bottlenecks, and improving team efficiency.
  • Support strategic customer initiatives, escalated client issues, RFPs, and key account activities while ensuring timely proposals, quotes, and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or commercial leadership experience, including direct management of inside sales teams.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate sales professionals while building a high-performance, accountable team culture.
  • Strong analytical and sales operations skills, including CRM utilization, pipeline management, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with sales, key account, customer service, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
