We are partnering with our client, a leading player in logistics, to appoint a Managing Director. This is a permanent, high-impact leadership position, overseeing and shaping our client's operations across Poland, with a particular focus on contract logistics and warehouse management. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and team performance within our client's Polish organisation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Contract Logistics - Proven ability to manage and grow contract logistics operations, including end-to-end solution design, customer relationships, and commercial performance.
- Warehouse Management - Strong experience leading warehouse operations, improving processes, and implementing best-in-class standards for efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Logistics Leadership - Deep understanding of logistics networks and supply chain flows, with a track record of leading teams and delivering results in a dynamic, service-driven environment.
- Poland Market Focus - Familiarity with the Polish logistics landscape, enabling you to navigate local market conditions and support our client's growth strategy in the country.
