Operations Manager
One of our clients in the heavy manufacturing industry is looking to bring on an experienced Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for leading fabrication, assembly, cleanroom, and production operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while building a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The role partners closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and executive leadership to optimize manufacturing processes, develop high-performing teams, and achieve key business objectives.
Location: Anaheim, CA
Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000
Title: Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead fabrication, assembly, cleanroom, and production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Develop production plans and manage resources to meet customer demand and operational goals
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for operational savings and capital improvements
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with prior supervisory responsibility
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience managing production, fabrication, assembly, or cleanroom operations in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and drive operational performance through data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated leadership skills with success developing teams, influencing change, and driving accountability.
