Contract Management System Administrator
A mortage loan service provider is looking for a Contracts Management System Administrator.
The Contract Management System Administrator oversees the organization's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform (Conga). This role manages system configuration, workflow optimization, data integrity, reporting, and cross‑functional support to ensure efficient end‑to‑end contract processes.
This role can sit out of either Fort Washington, PA or Coppell, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain CLM system roles, permissions, templates, and automated workflows.
- Manage updates, integrations, metadata, clause libraries, and document repositories.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training materials.
- Improve contract workflows in partnership with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other teams.
- Build dashboards and reports for cycle times, renewals, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Oversee an offshore analyst team.
- Ensure system compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with the software vendor on upgrades and new features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; business, IS, or supply‑chain related field preferred.
- 3-5 years administering CLM systems (Conga, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and procurement/legal workflows.
- Experience with system configuration, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
