About the Role
As Air & Ocean Freight Manager, you will work directly alongside the Branch Manager to develop and grow our Air & Ocean operations. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the department, lead a small team, and ensure operational excellence while driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Air & Ocean freight operations for import and export.
- Build and develop the Air & Ocean team, providing leadership and guidance.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager on strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, partners, and clients.
- Drive efficiency and profitability within the department.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Air & Ocean freight operations within a freight forwarding environment.
- Previous experience leading or supervising small teams.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for growth and development.
