ANZ Supply Chain Director
Role Overview
The ANZ Supply Chain Director will be responsible for building and leading the regional supply chain organization covering demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, logistics, warehousing, 3PL management, import operations, and customer fulfillment.
This position plays a critical strategic role connecting ANZ commercial needs with China HQ's global supply chain and manufacturing network.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Leadership
- Lead and develop the ANZ supply chain team across planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer operations.
- Build a robust regional supply chain strategy aligned with ANZ commercial growth plans.
- Drive operational excellence through KPIs, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
Demand & Supply Planning
- Oversee forecasting accuracy, demand planning cycles, and S&OP processes.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to drive consensus forecast.
- Work closely with China HQ to ensure timely replenishment and healthy inventory coverage.
Logistics & 3PL Management
- Manage 3PL partners across Australia and New Zealand.
- Ensure optimal warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Optimize logistics cost, lead time, and distribution network performance.
Import & Compliance
- Oversee import processes, customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and quality requirements.
- Ensure product certifications and documentation meet ANZ market standards.
Process Optimization & Digital Transformation
- Lead supply chain system enhancement (WMS, IBP, planning tools).
- Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across operations.
- Build scalable processes to support rapid regional growth.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key bridge between ANZ operations and China HQ teams (planning, manufacturing, procurement, quality).
- Support senior leadership with supply chain insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, home appliances, or related industries.
- Proven experience in ANZ supply chain operations (warehouse, logistics, 3PL, forecasting).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end planning and S&OP.
- Hands-on, agile, and comfortable in high-growth global environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandarin proficiency preferred due to frequent interaction with China HQ.
- Experience with Amazon, retail channel supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment is a strong plus.
