Area Sales Manager (M/F/D)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales for a key client within the home improvement sector. This role will focus on managing relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the designated region. This is a fully remote role, where you will be focusing on the Northern Bavaria or Hamburg region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales performance within the assigned territory, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand market share in the home improvement segment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and supply chain) to deliver seamless service and support.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the home improvement or related sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the region (Northern Munich or Hamburg).
