The Role
As Commercial Branch Manager in Turin, you will lead a team of 5 FTEs and be responsible for driving commercial performance across air and ocean freight services. You'll manage key client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and ensure operational alignment with our global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Turin branch with a strong focus on commercial growth.
- Drive sales and profitability across air & ocean freight services.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
- Coach and develop a team of 5 FTEs, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with national and international teams to align strategy and execution.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on air and ocean freight.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and client-facing abilities.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Turin.
