🚀 About the Role
We're looking for a driven, and strategic Business Development Manager to join our outside sales team in the Netherlands or Belgium. This is a high-impact, freight-forwarding role where you'll take full ownership of your territory, drive aggressive growth, and close deals with confidence.
You'll have the freedom to build your book of business across any trade lane or modality-we're not boxed in, and neither are you.
Our operations are aligned with sustainable logistics practices, and we're investing heavily in digitalization and smart technologies to streamline freight solutions and reduce environmental impact.
🧭 What You'll Do
- Drive new business development in air, land and ocean freight.
- Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities with a hunter mentality.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent our values-humble, enthusiastic, customer-first-in every interaction.
- Promote and align with our mission to deliver sustainable, tech-forward logistics solutions.
🧪 What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding (air, ocean, land modalities).
- Experience in handling chemical and/or perishable goods is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
- Based in or willing to commute to Amsterdam or Antwerp.
- Proven track record of aggressive sales growth and deal-closing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you treat your territory like your own business.
- Clear, structured way of working - you know what you need and how to get it.
- Customer-friendly, easygoing, and a great listener - you build trust by listening more than talking.
- Ready to start as soon as possible.
