Traffic Tech is looking for a high-performing, fiercely ambitious Business Development Manager to join our outside sales team in the Netherlands. This is a freight-focused role where you'll be empowered to own your territory, drive growth, and close deals with confidence.
We're seeking someone who thrives on the chase, knows the freight game inside and out, and is ready to make an immediate impact.
✈️ What You'll Do
- Drive new business development in air and ocean freight across the Netherlands and Europe.
- Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities with a hunter mentality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Traffic Tech's values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
🧭 What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding (air and ocean).
- Based in or willing to commute to Amsterdam or Rotterdam.
- Proven track record of aggressive sales growth and deal-closing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you treat your territory like your own business.
- Not too corporate - we value grit, hustle, and results over red tape.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a big plus).
