🌟 What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team focused on analytics, performance control, and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement dashboards, KPI frameworks, and cost-control tools to optimize warehouse, transport, and waste collection operations.
- Use advanced analytics to uncover inefficiencies and drive cost-effective solutions.
- Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to deliver measurable improvements.
- Enhance and promote the use of TMS and WMS systems for better reporting and control.
- Collaborate across departments-Finance, Operations, Commercial-to align on analytical frameworks and reporting.
- Facilitate structured performance reviews and root cause analyses.
- Build team capabilities in BI, forecasting, scenario modeling, and automation.
- Foster a culture of transparency, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous learning.
🎯 What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Economics, Engineering, Econometrics, or similar.
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics, operations, or consultancy.
- Strong skills in data analytics and business controlling (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python).
- Familiarity with TMS/WMS systems and their reporting capabilities.
- Proven success in performance management and dashboarding.
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
