Key Responsibilities
- Support the procurement process for software licenses, IT services, and related products
- Assist in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Monitor and manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and vendor performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and geographies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in procurement systems
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process optimisation
- Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
- Strong interest in procurement and the software industry
- Excellent communication skills in English & German
- Analytic mindset with attention to detail
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
