Chief Engineer
A leading dairy manufacturer is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee plant engineering, maintenance, utilities, reliability, and capital projects at a high-volume production facility. This individual will play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the long-term reliability of manufacturing assets.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering, maintenance, utilities, and reliability functions for the facility.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Manage capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Safety teams to support production goals and plant performance.
- Develop maintenance strategies, KPIs, and asset management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- 5+ years of engineering, maintenance, or reliability leadership experience within dairy, food & beverage, or CPG manufacturing.
- Experience managing capital projects, utility systems, and manufacturing equipment.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement skills.
