China HR Manager - Chengdu Manu Plant
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner
Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on all HR matters, including workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
Align HR strategies with business objectives to support operational efficiency and growth.
Provide guidance on performance management, compensation, and compliance with labor laws.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Implement learning initiatives to support career development and succession planning.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records for compliance and reporting.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring.
Develop talent pipelines and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong HRBP experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Chinese labour laws and HR compliance.
Ability to lead a small team and work independently with limited oversight.
