Commercial Manager - Electronics OEM
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee our regional commercial and operations team across Asia including China and SEA markets. This role is ideal for a hands‑on manager with strong account management, as well as business development strategies and cross‑functional leadership experience in ODM/OEM environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 15 across China and SEA, driving performance and customer excellence.
- Develop and execute departmental strategies, KPIs, and workflows to support business growth.
- Oversee customer engagement, resolving issues and ensuring revenue targets and risk controls across the full order cycle.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, sourcing, finance, engineering (R&D/manufacturing), and quality teams.
- Support business development and new project with internal technical department.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary education; engineering background preferred but not a must.
- Experience in OEM manufacturing is desired.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
- Dynamic, fast‑responding, and solutions‑oriented.
- Travelling to China and SEA offices and production sites is required depending on business needs.
