Now, we're ready to scale further and we're looking for a Commercial Manager who wants to build something meaningful, not just manage what already exists.

The Opportunity

As Commercial Manager AKA Country Manager AKA eCommerce Lead will be responsible for building the sales strategy with a strong background in managing Amazon, e-comm channels and developing and executing the sales strategy for Germany and UK.

You'll own online revenue growth across local e‑commerce platforms and Amazon. This is a true end‑to‑end commercial role: from strategy to execution, from pricing to partnerships, from insight to impact.

You'll be shaping the business from the ground up in your market - setting the commercial vision, opening new channels, and ensuring everything ladders up to a premium, seamless customer experience.

What You'll Own

🚀 Revenue & Growth

  • Drive topline growth across DTC websites and Amazon
  • Own key KPIs: Conversion, AOV, LTV, MER
  • Lead pricing, promotions, and assortment to deliver profitable scale
  • Build and execute high‑impact commercial events and campaigns

🤝 Business Development

  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, channels, and partnerships
  • Open strategic B2B and platform relationships
  • Negotiate commercially sound agreements that balance growth and risk
  • Make your market best‑in‑class for eCommerce execution

💰 Financial Performance

  • Own channel P&L with oversight from the Country Manager
  • Partner with finance and demand planning on budgets and forecasts
  • Use customer, marketing, and business insights to optimise commercial activations
  • Drive margin‑efficient growth using industry best practice

🔗 Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Work seamlessly with marketing, growth, operations, and global teams
  • Ensure customer communications are consistent, premium, and aligned
  • Share insights across teams and keep the organisation customer‑first
  • Bring eCommerce, CRO, and trading best practice into the business

You'll Thrive Here If You…

  • Have 5-7 years' experience in commercial, eCommerce, business development, or general management roles
  • Have launched or scaled brands in new markets or channels
  • Are highly analytical and confident using data to drive decisions
  • Understand modern revenue levers: acquisition, retention, upsell, cross‑sell, subscriptions
  • Are commercially sharp with strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Have a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and natural leadership presence
  • Are fluent in German and English
  • Love food, cooking, and premium consumer experiences (big plus)

Experience in consumer products, premium, or lifestyle brands will set you apart.
