With a global footprint and a reputation for excellence, we are expanding our reach into new international markets and seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our overseas sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in overseas markets (e.g., Europe, North America, Middle East, Southeast Asia).
  • Identify and build relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with overseas partners.
  • Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in international sales within the textile or apparel industry.
  • Strong network of overseas clients and contacts in relevant markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or related field.
