About the Role
We are seeking a Process Improvement Supervisor to drive operational excellence across our distribution center. In this role, you will analyze business systems, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver strategies that enhance quality, speed, cost efficiency, and overall performance. You'll serve as a subject matter expert in Lean practices, guiding teams toward a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze distribution center processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Investigate process issues, performance gaps, and customer complaints to drive corrective actions.
- Develop and implement strategies that improve quality, cost, and cycle time.
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations to communicate progress and insights to leadership.
- Conduct analyses such as process mapping, root cause analysis, risk assessments, and post‑implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, project management, or business analysis.
- 2-5 years of Lean or Six Sigma experience; Green Belt preferred.
- Experience facilitating Kaizen events and leading improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of driving results.
