Title: Director of Procurement
Location: Dallas, Texas
Salary: $160,00- $170,000
Summary: This role owns the purchasing engine behind large-scale residential development. You'll shape cost strategy, negotiate at scale, build elite trade partnerships, and lead a team that directly impacts margins, speed, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Full cycle purchasing across high volume residential projects
- Trade strategy, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations
- Cost modeling, forecasting, and value engineering
- Building and mentoring a top-tier purchasing team
- Partnering directly with construction and regional leadership
- Driving efficiencies that scale across markets
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred; OR equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Have 5+ years leading purchasing, estimating, or trade negotiations with a minimum of 3 years of management.
- Know how to control costs without sacrificing quality or pace
- Have managed large, multi-phase residential projects
- Enjoy building systems and teams that outperform

- Build-to-rent or multi-family experience
- Managed purchasing for 400 plus homes
- Deep contract, lien waiver, and vendor compliance expertise
- Blueprint knowledge
