Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of company-wide food safety and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Oversee HACCP, preventive controls, audit readiness, and quality management systems across manufacturing facilities.
- Drive root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives to improve product quality, food safety performance, and process reliability.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to identify risks, implement improvements, and strengthen quality standards.
- Develop, mentor, and lead Food Safety & Quality teams while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- 10+ years of Food Safety and Quality experience, including leadership responsibility within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, GFSI standards, regulatory compliance, and food safety management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- HACCP, PCQI, or other relevant food - safety certifications preferred.
