Job Summary:
The Division Vice President (Business Manager) leads the strategic and operational management of a division within the instrumentation equipment manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for driving business performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals across engineering, production, sales, and service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute division-level business strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to align product development and market delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to guide innovation and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:
