E-Commerce Growth Manager
Our client is rapidly growing and looking for an E-Commerce Manager that is an expert using Shopify to scale their eCommerce sites. This individual will take full ownership of Shopify operations across multiple brands, ensuring all SKUs are effectively merchandised and driving traffic and revenue growth across both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) platforms.
This is a hybrid role that requires you to be on-site in Miami, FL 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Build, restructure, or fully rebuild Shopify Plus websites to enhance speed, user experience, and revenue.
- Manage site architecture, including menus, navigation, collections, product templates, tagging, and filtering.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement new features, redesigns, and content updates.
- Integrate Shopify apps and third-party tools to improve conversion rates, site performance, and backend efficiency.
- Drive DTC sales through paid advertising, SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Develop and manage a Shopify-powered B2B/wholesale portal with dealer onboarding, pricing tiers, and trade tools.
- Identify opportunities for product bundling, subscriptions, and upsells to increase average order value (AOV) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and retargeting platforms.
- Oversee SEO strategy and execution, including keyword planning and technical audits.
- Own Klaviyo email flows such as cart abandonment, win-back campaigns, and promotions.
- Monitor and optimize digital campaign performance using GA4 and Shopify analytics.
- Ensure accurate and appealing presentation of a diverse product catalog, including high-ticket durable goods.
- Oversee product content including descriptions, specifications, digital assets, warranty details, and compliance information.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure site content reflects real-time availability and processes.
- Track key performance indicators such as conversion rate, traffic, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and SKU-level sales.
- Recommend site improvements based on user behavior, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
- Deliver regular performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on eCommerce experience, including full Shopify store builds or rebuilds.
- Proficiency with Shopify Plus, including backend setup, theming, and app integrations.
- Experience managing product data and digital merchandising for physical goods.
- Proven success scaling DTC sales and launching new digital features or storefronts.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and GA4.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of improving KPIs.
