Location: Easton, PA
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site-wide EHS programs, including OSHA reporting and compliance
- Ensure adherence to federal and Pennsylvania state safety regulations
- Identify safety gaps and implement corrective actions and improvements
- Lead and maintain Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations with root cause analysis
- Build and strengthen EHS systems, policies, and processes
- Deliver safety training programs and promote a strong safety culture
- Partner with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial EHS roles
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience implementing LOTO and hazard prevention programs
- Proven ability to work independently and build EHS systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
