Salary Range: $100,000-$145,000 base + relocation package

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineers in our FL and NC locations to spearhead critical electrical initiatives, including high-value projects exceeding $5 million. This role offers the opportunity to influence large-scale operations and deliver cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic production environment.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage electrical engineering projects from concept through implementation.
- Lead major capital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary goals.
- Oversee contractor activities and enforce compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical leadership in power distribution systems, voltage control, and generator technologies.
- Design and maintain electrical infrastructure to support high-capacity manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project milestones.
- Optimize system reliability through effective voltage regulation and equipment performance strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
- Heavy manufacturing experience - paper/pulp preferred (also open to chemicals, mining, steel and related)
- 3+ years of experience managing electrical projects in an industrial setting.
- Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, and generator systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on delivering results.
