The ideal EHS Manager will have the following skillset:

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels through effective communication and leadership.
  • Deliver results in fast-paced manufacturing environments through a proactive, performance-driven, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support multi-site EHS programs, conduct audits, lead training initiatives, and drive compliance and safety performance across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications that will set you apart:

  • Utilize Responsible Care, RC14001, and other EHS Management Systems to drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including ANSI, API, NFPA, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
