- Gather and apply customer feedback to enhance training and support services.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of equipment and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in technical training, support, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical education, or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficient in remote support tools (Zoom, Teams) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Skilled in reading electrical schematics and guiding troubleshooting.
- Experience creating training content using PowerPoint and video editing tools.
- Background in packaging equipment, machinery repair, or electronics is a plus.
