🔧 What Will You Do?
As our Facility Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all facility-related matters. You'll lead a dedicated team and help shape the future of our facilities function. Your role bridges daily operations and strategic facility support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the facilities department.
- Advising stakeholders and monitoring project progress.
- Coordinating renovations, relocations, and technical installations.
- Managing planning, reporting, administration, and budgets.
- Overseeing contracts, supplier performance, and quality standards.
- Supporting Business Unit Managers and Directors across the Netherlands.
- Acting as a strategic partner to colleagues at all levels.
Your team will manage:
- Soft Services: reception, catering, service desk.
- Hard Services: technical maintenance, property management.
- Assets: fleet (passenger cars), mobile telephony.
- Projects & Contract Management.
