Salary: $140k - $150k + performance-based incentive

Company Summary: A multi-location flooring and building materials distributor backed by a larger portfolio of specialty trade brands is focused on scaling operational consistency, system adoption, and sales execution to support continued growth.
The General Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across service, dispatch, warehouse, delivery, and installation to ensure end-to-end execution.
- Proven experiencing owning full P&L responsibility for multi-million dollar business driving growth and market share.
- Driving workflow discipline from order entry through job completion, removing bottlenecks and ensuring follow-through.
- Holding sales teams accountable to order accuracy, process adherence, and consistent system usage.
- Leading ERP adoption, including system implementation, training, and compliance monitoring across teams.
- Supporting financial and operational decision-making through KPI review, vendor compliance, and operational planning.
The General Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience within flooring, construction, building materials, or distribution environments.
- ERP experience required; RFMS experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading system rollouts, process improvements, or workflow transformation.
- Strong ability to interpret financial data and operational performance metrics.
- Direct, accountable leadership style with comfort coaching experienced teams.
