Group Process Engineer
We are currently partnering with a leading international organisation within the FMCG manufacturing space, seeking an experienced Group Process Engineer to support and drive engineering improvements across multiple production sites in Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong portfolio of consumer products, operating in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment with a clear focus on efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple European production sites
- Support and lead CapEx projects, including line upgrades, new installations, and factory modernisation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with local plant teams, central engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement best practices and standardise processes
- Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives, including optimisation of utilities such as steam, compressed air, and cooling systems
Your Profile
- Proven experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally within FMCG (food, beverage, or similar high-volume production)
- Strong background in process engineering, with hands-on exposure to production lines and optimisation projects
- Experience working with utilities systems such as steam, compressed air, and cooling within a factory setting
- Ability to operate in a multi-site or international environment, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
