  • Support transition of products from development into manufacturing environments.
  • Coordinate activities related to parts procurement, research, and shipment logistics to global suppliers and support teams.

Technical Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist senior engineers with troubleshooting, experimentation, and system diagnostics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes and test methodologies.
  • Work with distributed and global teams, including occasional travel to production or supplier sites as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Hands‑on experience (internship or early career) in hardware verification, test engineering, or systems engineering.
  • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, or Python.
  • Exposure to common hardware communication protocols (e.g., SPI, UART, I²C, JTAG, USB, PCIe, Ethernet).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑based environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with system‑level testing, automated test environments, or manufacturing test processes.
  • Exposure to storage, semiconductor, or high‑volume production test systems.
  • Comfort working in fast‑moving, hardware‑heavy development environments.
