Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für EHS & Energiemanagement inkl. Compliance und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Managementsysteme ISO 14001, 45001 und 50001
- Entwicklung von Zielen, Kennzahlen und Präventionsmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt und Energie
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Vorfalluntersuchungen und Ableitung wirksamer Maßnahmen
- Schulung und Befähigung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Behörden und internen Stakeholdern
Ihr Profil
- Technisches Studium (z. B. Umwelt, Arbeitssicherheit, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik o. ä.)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im EHS‑Management eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Managementsysteme
- Führungskompetenz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Zusatzausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit von Vorteil
