Title: Industrial Sales Representative

Salary: $75 - 85k/yr + commission

Company Summary: A leading technical distributor representing top manufacturers of fluid handling, process equipment, and industrial control solutions.

The Industrial Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Provide consultative, technical solutions across fluid handling and process equipment (pumps, instrumentation, filtration, etc.)
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging current customer relationships
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business within industrial and municipal accounts across the territory
  • Own the full sales cycle including quoting, presentations, and closing business
  • Represent the company in the market through trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events while ensuring strong follow-up and service

The Industrial Sales Representative should have the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven technical sales experience within industrial and/or municipal markets
  • Demonstrated success selling fluid handling, process equipment, or related technical solutions with a strong consultative approach
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills, with a track record of disciplined pipeline and activity management
