Ihre Aufgaben:
- Betreuung und Unterstützung von Key Accounts
- Erstellung und Pflege von Reports für verschiedene Kunden
- Projektmanagement und Überwachung von Sendungen (Control Tower)
- Bearbeitung von Eskalationen
- Angebotserstellung für Luft- und Seefracht (Export, Import, Cross Trades)
- Erstellung von Abrechnungen und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität
- Organisation individueller Transportlösungen
- Selbstständige Abwicklung von Luftfracht-Exportsendungen für Key Accounts
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Luftfracht-Export, erste Kenntnisse in Seefracht von Vorteil
- Sicheres Auftreten, gute Selbstorganisation und Kommunikationsstärke
- Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Kunden
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
