The Role
In this strategic position, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key international fleet clients and logistics partners. You'll play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of electric commercial vehicles across Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for major fleet operators and logistics providers.
- Identify and secure new international business opportunities, building long-term client relationships.
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and after sales) to align client needs with tailored solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements to drive sustainable growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Deliver regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance visibility and influence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Automotive, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in international key account management, B2B sales, or business development within the commercial vehicle, logistics, or automotive sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle market, particularly in fleet and commercial applications.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex international accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with frequent travel.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
